Welcome to SENNONvillage. These Terms of Service govern your use of sennonvillage.com and your participation in SENNONvillage services, programs, private sessions, guidance, resources, and community experiences where these Terms apply.
By accessing or using the website or participating in applicable SENNONvillage offerings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or participate in those offerings.
1. About SENNONvillage
SENNONvillage is a reinvention and personal-development community for women rebuilding their lives after major life transitions.
Offerings may include educational content, articles, books, private reinvention sessions, workshops, programs, community experiences, downloadable resources, and other personal-development materials.
Availability of particular offerings may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in SENNONvillage private reinvention sessions, programs, or community experiences.
By purchasing or participating in these offerings, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.
3. Guidance, Education & Professional Boundaries
SENNONvillage provides reinvention guidance, education, personal-development resources, storytelling, and community support.
SENNONvillage guidance, content, programs, private sessions, and resources are not psychotherapy, clinical counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services provided by an appropriately qualified or licensed professional.
Information shared through SENNONvillage reflects educational material, reinvention guidance, lived experience, and personal-development principles.
Participants remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for their own circumstances and for seeking qualified professional assistance when needed.
Nothing provided through SENNONvillage should be interpreted as a recommendation to delay, discontinue, or replace appropriate professional care.
4. Personal Responsibility & No Guaranteed Results
Reinvention is personal.
SENNONvillage does not promise or guarantee any particular emotional, relationship, career, financial, health, personal-development, or other life outcome.
Examples, stories, testimonials, and personal experiences shared through SENNONvillage illustrate individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that another person will achieve the same result.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, choices, and results.
5. Private Reinvention Sessions, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Private Reinvention Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice, may be treated as a completed or used session and may not be refundable or replaceable.
SENNONvillage may exercise reasonable discretion in genuine emergencies.
If SENNONvillage must cancel or reschedule a session, the participant will be offered a reasonable opportunity to reschedule.
6. Payments & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a particular offering, payments for private sessions or programs become non-refundable once the applicable session or program has begun.
Specific programs, workshops, memberships, digital products, or other paid offerings may have additional payment, cancellation, or refund terms presented at the time of purchase. Those offering-specific terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
7. Community Standards & Confidentiality
SENNONvillage is intended to provide a respectful environment where women can learn, share, and rebuild.
Participants must treat other community members with dignity and respect.
Personal experiences or information shared by another participant in a private SENNONvillage group, session, workshop, or community space should not be repeated, published, recorded, distributed, or shared outside that environment without that person’s permission.
Harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, exploitation, hate speech, abusive behavior, or unsolicited selling or recruitment of other members is not permitted.
SENNONvillage reserves the right to restrict or remove participation when conduct threatens the safety, privacy, integrity, or purpose of the community.
While participants are expected and required to respect peer confidentiality, SENNONvillage cannot control or guarantee the actions or conduct of every individual participant.
8. Stories, Feedback & Testimonials
SENNONvillage values the stories and experiences women choose to share.
Submitting a private message, email, session communication, personal story, or other communication to SENNONvillage does not automatically give SENNONvillage permission to publicly identify the sender or publish her personal story.
Identifiable personal stories or testimonials will not be intentionally published as testimonials or promotional stories without permission from the individual concerned.
Where SENNONvillage wishes to use feedback, testimonials, or personal experiences publicly, appropriate permission will be obtained.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original SENNONvillage content—including articles, essays, written resources, frameworks, program materials, graphics, educational materials, and original content created by June Sennon—is owned by SENNONvillage and/or June Sennon and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Visitors may use publicly available material for their own personal, non-commercial use.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, commercially distributed, or presented as someone else’s work without permission, except where permitted by law.
SENNONvillage does not claim ownership over third-party materials merely because they appear or are referenced on the website.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
SENNONvillage may link to third-party websites, booksellers, tools, resources, products, or services.
These third parties operate independently from SENNONvillage.
SENNONvillage does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, availability, content, privacy practices, security, policies, products, or services.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but personal-development information and external resources may change over time.
SENNONvillage does not warrant that every page, resource, link, or piece of information will always be error-free, complete, current, or continuously available.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or offerings when appropriate.
12. Emergencies & Personal Safety
SENNONvillage is not an emergency, crisis-response, medical, mental-health, or domestic-violence emergency service.
The website, email, private sessions, contact forms, and community spaces should not be used to request emergency assistance.
If someone believes she or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, she should contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified crisis or professional resource in her location.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SENNONvillage and June Sennon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from use of the website, educational materials, private sessions, guidance, programs, community participation, or reliance on information provided through SENNONvillage.
Nothing in these Terms should attempt to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Users and participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and use of information obtained through SENNONvillage.
14. Changes to These Terms
SENNONvillage may update these Terms as the website and its offerings evolve.
When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date displayed on this page.
Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States Virgin Islands, without regard to applicable conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating formal litigation, the parties are encouraged to make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the United States Virgin Islands, subject to applicable law.
